The Spring Conference is WASBO's biggest event of the year with something to offer for all WASBO Members. There are over 50 educational sessions, more than 130 exhibitors, the WASBO Foundation student scholarship fundraising bike ride and golf outing, WASBO professional recognition award presentations, a silent auction benefiting participation in ASBO International, and plenty of opportunities to network.

Register today for the 65th Annual WASBO Spring Conference and Exhibits, as the exhibit hall routinely sells out. New this year are an expanded exhibit hall schedule on Thursday including both lunch and a networking reception for all attendees in the exhibit hall. The silent auction and raffle fundraiser also moves to Thursday this year and will be held in the exhibit hall. All of these changes add up to more opportunities than ever to meet school district professionals in the areas of school business, facilities, transportation, and purchasing. These are the decision makers of school business in Wisconsin's K12 schools. Share your expertise in WASBO's exhibit hall as you showcase your products and services.

What's Included in Your Exhibitor Registration?

  • An Audience! Access to an anticipated 250 School Business Managers, District Administrators, Facility and Operations Directors, Transportation Directors and other school business professionals for K-12 schools throughout Wisconsin
  • Exhibit Hours - 11:50 am - 5:30 pm on Thursday, May 14, 2015. (New extended exhibit hours)
  • Dedicated Exhibit Time with no competing sessions from 11:50 am - 2:15 pm (New extended dedicated exhibit time)
  • Lunch With Conference Attendees on Thursday for each exhibitor. Lunch will be served in the exhibit area  (New)
  • Social Networking in Exhibit Area to conclude the day on Thursday, May 14 from 4:35-5:30 pm  (New)
  • Silent Auction and Raffle held in the Exhibit Area with winners announced during Social Networking in Exhibit Area. Keep your auction or raffle item at your booth to draw attendees to your exhibit. (New)
  • Exhibit Space - 8' deep X 10' wide booth with an 8' skirted table, 2 chairs and company identification sign. Pipe and drape and a carpeted exhibit hall are also included.
  • FREE FULL Conference Registration for up to 2 of your company representatives, including Thursday and Friday breakfasts and lunches, breaks, social networking opportunities, and the ability to attend conference sessions. (Additional company reps are welcome to attend the full conference for $265 or only exhibits with Thursday lunch for $105.)
  • Conference Program Listing - and if you participate as a conference sponsor, special recognition with an ad in the program.

Networking Opportunities

  • Register for either a bike ride or golf outing to raise money for WASBO Foundation student scholarships, and enjoy a day outside while networking with WASBO members.
  • Attend sessions on Thursday and Friday to learn more about your customers and their issues.
  • Take advantage of networking during the conference including the Tuesday Opening Reception (8-10pm), Wednesday Reception (4:30-6:30pm), and Thursday Exhibit Hall Reception (4:35-5:30pm).
  • Join WASBO members during breaks.
