The Spring Conference is WASBO's biggest event of the year with something to offer for all WASBO Members. There are over 40 educational sessions, an expansive exhibit hall, a WASBO Foundation student scholarship fundraiser, WASBO professional recognition award presentations, and plenty of opportunities to network.

For District Professionals

Spend two days learning from the over 40 educational sessions on topics such as auxiliary services, best practices, facilities (including certification sessions), human resources, Year of Success Program sessions for those new to the business office, safety, and technology. Get even more insight by visiting the sponsor in the resource area who are there to share their expertise. This conference also offers many chances for networking, sharing, reflecting, and fun!

By sponsoring a portion of the conference or scholarship fundraising event, your organization helps keep registration for District Professionals affordable or provides support to fund WASBO's student scholarship program. Conference Planning Schedule

July 31, 2023: Right of First Refusal Deadline for 2023 sponsors to renew sponsorship

August 1, 2023: Companies invited to sponsor

Dec. 13, 2023 - Jan. 5, 2024: Priority exhibitor registration for Bronze and Above Sponsors (must be committed Jan. 3)

 Jan. 9, 2024: Exhibitor registration for all companies opens at 8 AM

March 2024: Attendee Registration Opens

March 26, 2024: Exhibitor registrations must be paid in full, or companies forfeit booth space
