All award nominations due September 20, 2026

The Midwest Facility Masters Committee, which includes Wisconsin ASBO, Illinois ASBO, Iowa ASBO, Minnesota ASBO, Minnesota Educational Facility Management Professionals (MASMS), and Missouri School Plant Managers Association will recognize outstanding facilities professionals, teams, and partnerships through four awards: Recovery of the Year, Midwest Facility Director of the Year, Supporting Facilities Cast Member of the Year, and Midwest Facility Team of the Year.  Together, these honors celebrate exceptional leadership, behind-the-scenes service, teamwork, and successful collaboration following a significant incident.  2026 nominations available at WASBO.com/MFMAwards, and are due on September 20, 2026. Recipients will be notified by October 2, 2026. Recipients will be recognized at the 2026 Midwest Facility Masters Conference on November 2-3, 2026, in the Wisconsin Dells. Questions? 2025-26 Midwest School Recovery of the Year

The purpose of the Midwest School Recovery of the Year Award is to recognize a School District, Insurance Company, and Restoration Company that worked in tandem to quickly recover from an incident during the 2025-26 academic year, such as fire, severe weather damage, flood, etc.
