2023 Exhibitor Rates, Hotel Accommodations & Cancellation Policies

Spring Conference exhibitor registration rates include conference registration for two of your company representatives*, which covers Thursday and Friday breakfast, Thursday and Friday lunch, breaks, and social networking opportunities, and the ability to attend conference sessions. Your 8' x 10' exhibit space features pipe and drape, a skirted 8' x 30" table, two chairs, and a company identification sign.  The entire exhibit hall is carpeted and free Wi-Fi is provided.

Payment for all exhibit booth costs is due IN FULL on or before March 25, 2023, or you will forfeit your booth space to the first company on the waiting list.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be made when exhibit cancellations are received in the WASBO office on or before March 25, 2023. No refunds will be made for exhibit space cancelled after said date.  Cancellations must be made in writing. To cancel an exhibit booth registration, please email [email protected] or fax your cancellation to 608.249.3163.

Please note - there is another large event taking place in the greater Madison area during our conference. Hotel rooms will fill, so please make your reservations early!

Special conference hotel rates have been negotiated with the Madison Marriott West for Tuesday through Thursday nights, May 9 through May 11, 2023. You will be quoted a room rate of $124 for single, double, triple or quad occupancy on Tuesday through Thursday nights.

To make your hotel reservations at these discounted rates, contact the Marriott directly at 1.888.745.2032 or reserve your room online on or before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.  Be sure to ask for the "Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials Spring conference 2023" room block.

If you are sales tax exempt in Wisconsin, please be sure to bring BOTH your tax exempt form and a completed Wisconsin S211 and present them when checking in.  Unfortunately, Wisconsin state statute requires the Madison Marriott West to collect sales tax for tax-exempt organizations from out of state.

You will be quoted a room rate of $94 for single or double occupancy on Tuesday through Thursday nights. Additional people in the room are an additional $10 each.
