Registration Rates, Hotel Accommodations & Cancellation Policies

WASBO Foundation Spring Conference registration rates include include over 60 concurrent sessions, the Learning Lab, access to over 130 exhibitors, electronic conference handouts, breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Thursday and Friday, as well as networking receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

Save money and take advantage of early bird discounts and multi-attendee pricing! Early bird pricing offers about a 5% savings over regular conference rates and is available to all registrants, regardless of membership status, simply by registering on or before Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Organizations that register 2 or more individuals qualify for an additional discount of approximately 10% so bring your team and save! (To take advantage of multi-attendee pricing, at least one of your attendees must be a WASBO member.)

*At least one individual from your organization must be a WASBO member to take advantage of multi-attendee pricing. If the multi-attendee pricing option is selected erroneously (i.e. you are the only registrant from your organization), you agree to be billed for the difference in registration fees. Fees above are priced per person.
**Individuals registering at the Non-Member rate for the Full Conference or Thursday only receive a free trial membership through 6/30/2020 if they have not previously been a member.

Special conference hotel rates have been negotiated with the Hyatt Regency Green Bay for Tuesday through Saturday nights, 5/14/2019 through 5/18/2019. You will be quoted rates as follows:

Additional rooms are available at the Hampton Inn Green Bay Downtown for Wednesday and Thursday nights, 5/15/2019 and 5/16/2019. Both King and Double Queen rooms are available at a discounted rate of $119 per night.

Both hotels are connected to the KI Convention Center.

If you are sales tax exempt in Wisconsin, please be sure to bring BOTH your tax exempt form and a completed Wisconsin S211 and present them when checking in.

Cancellation Policy

With the exception of the Year of Success Program, full refund of fees will be made on Spring Conference attendee cancellations received IN WRITING on or prior to May 6, 2019. (Cancellations may be emailed to Tina Hafeman at tina.hafeman@wasbo.com.) For Spring Conference attendee cancellations received May 7-15, $75 per cancelled conference day will be retained to help cover food costs (e.g. $150 will be retained if cancelling a full conference registration; if cancelling Thursday only or Friday only, $75 will be retained). No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after May 16 or for no shows at the conference. The Year of Success Program is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full refund of fees will be made on WASBO Foundation Scholarship Golf and Bike Outing registrations for cancellations received IN WRITING on or prior to May 8, 2019. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after May 8; however, a letter indicating your registration has been converted to a tax-deductible donation can be provided on request.
