Exhibitor Cancellation Policy
WASBO's current plan is to host a hybrid conference, meaning attendees can choose to attend the conference either in-person or virtually. A full refund will be made for cancellations of exhibit contracts received in writing by the WASBO office on or before May 19, 2021, and no refunds will be made for exhibit space cancelled after said date unless the in-person portion of this conference is cancelled. To cancel an exhibit booth registration, please email WASBO's accounting department or fax your cancellation to (608) 249.3163.
Should the in-person portion of this conference be cancelled due to safety and public health concerns, exhibitors will be given the option to cancel their registration within one week of the cancellation notification. If an exhibitor chooses to cancel, they will be removed from the Virtual Exhibit Hall and any recognition. They will be given a full refund.
If WASBO doesn’t receive an exhibitor cancellation notification by 4 PM on the seventh day following the date WASBO makes the announcement of a virtual-only exhibit hall, WASBO will assume that exhibitor wishes to participate in the virtual exhibit hall. After the seventh day following the day of the cancellation announcement, no refunds will be given.
