Midwest Facility Masters Conference

Attendee Cancellation Policy

Full refund of fees will be made on Midwest Facility Masters Conference attendee cancellations received IN WRITING on or prior to October 19, 2020. (Cancellations may be emailed to the WASBO office at accounting@wasbo.com.)  For attendee cancellations received October 20 through November 1, $80 per cancelled conference day will be retained to help cover food costs (e.g. $160 will be retained if cancelling a full conference registration; if cancelling Monday only or Tuesday only, $80 will be retained.) No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after November 2 or for no shows at the conference. This cancellation policy applies to in-person and virtual attendees. If the in-person portion of this conference is cancelled due to public health and safety concerns, WASBO will still host the conference virtually and provide recorded sessions to all conference registrants.
