Midwest Facility Masters Conference

Attendee Cancellation Policy

Full refund of fees will be made on Midwest Facility Masters Conference attendee cancellations received IN WRITING on or prior to October 22, 2018. (Cancellations may be emailed to the WASBO office at accounting@wasbo.com.)  For attendee cancellations received October 22 through November 4, $75 per cancelled conference day will be retained to help cover food costs (e.g. $150 will be retained if cancelling a full conference registration; if cancelling Monday only or Tuesday only, $75 will be retained.) No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after November 4 or for no shows at the conference.
