Exhibitor Rates, Hotel Accommodations & Cancellation Policies

Facilities Management Conference exhibitor registration rates include full conference registration for two of your company representatives, which covers Tuesday and Wednesday lunch, breaks, Wednesday breakfast, and networking opportunities, and the ability to attend conference sessions.* Your exhibit space features tabletop exhibits (no pipe and drape). Each space is 4' x 8' with a skirted 8' x 30" table, two chairs, and a company identification sign.

*Companies purchasing a double booth receive full conference registration for four company representatives.

**Exhibit fees must be paid by January 5, 2023 or forfeit booth space.

Hotel Accommodations

Special conference hotel rates have been negotiated with the Kalahari Resort & Conference Center for Monday through Wednesday nights, March 6 through March 8, 2023. You will be quoted a room rate of $129 for a single, $149 per night for doubles, or $179 for triples or quads for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday nights.

To make your hotel reservations at these discounted rates, contact the Kalahari directly at 877.253.5466 or reserve your room online on or before February 3, 2023. Be sure to ask for the "WASBO Facilities Management Conference 2023" room block. The deposit policy for hotel reservations is one night (plus tax) at the time reservations are made. Hotel cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival receive a full refund less $25 processing fee.  Less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival forfeits the entire deposit. 

NEW Kalahari Hotel Check-In

In order to ensure a successful check-in at the Kalahari, there is now a dedicated team that approves completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, and Purchase orders to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations before check-in. All forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advance of your stay to Kalahari at [email protected] or fax them to 608-254-6116. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards; since the Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in. Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be made when exhibit cancellations are received in the WASBO office on or before January 5, 2023. No refunds will be made for exhibit space cancelled after said date.
