Resource Area Information
Though we can't meet together in person due to COVID-19, it doesn't mean that you can't connect and showcase your products and services with WASBO members!
WASBO is offering an interactive virtual Resource Area for conference sponsors to connect with our attendees. Participation in the Resource Area is included in the price of sponsoring the conference.
As an enhancement to WASBO's sponsorship program, Platinum and Gold Sponsors have the additional benefit of presenting a 20 minute mini-session during the first day of the conference! Sign up to sponsor the conference today! Here's more information on the Resource Area:
The Resource Area
Each sponsor has the opportunity to showcase their logo, background image, company title, and company description in the Resource Area. When attendees click on their space, they’ll be taken to that sponsors dedicated resource space (see more about sponsor benefits at each level below). The Resource Area will be open both days, with dedicated Resource Time on day one. Within their dedicated resource space, sponsors can have their company information, play a Google Slide, video or image and chat with attendees. Silver and above sponsors also have the ability to "Go Live" by turning on their camera and asking attendees to do the same and chat with them. To the left is an example of each of the sponsor levels in the following order: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Click the image to expand it. Please note that there is no additional cost for sponsors to be in the virtual resource area other than sponsorship fees.
Platinum and Gold Sponsor Mini-Sessions During Day One of the Conference
During Day One of the conference, there will be dedicated Resource Area times. During this dedicated Resource Area time, Platinum and Gold Sponsors will have the opportunity to present one short 15-20 minute session during the following time slots: 11-11:20 AM, 11:30-11:50 AM, 1:30-1:55 PM, and 3-3:20 PM. There will be up to four mini-sessions occurring at each of these time slots. These presentations will be recorded and available to attendees following the conference. Sponsors will be required to submit presentation topics ahead of time to ensure the sessions are educational in nature. WASBO Staff will have the sole responsibility of assigning session time slots for all sponsors.
