2021 Fall WASBO CSRM: Administering School Risks
Level up your entire school risk management team's administration abilities with implementation and communication tools and skills!
Take this course virtually or in person!
Participants will learn to implement and monitor the school risk management program, along with communications tools, the risk management information system (RMIS) and processes for delivering resources to the districts, such as request for proposals and competitive sealed bids. The establishment of a district code of ethics program concludes the course.

- Communicating with the Risk Management Team
- Implementing the Risk Management Program
- Monitoring the Risk
Management Program
- Ethics and the School Risk Manager
The exam is
optional but strongly encouraged even for those who do not wish to earn
the designation. The CSRM curriculum and national designation are
provided by The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research.
Five courses of study are required for CSRM designation including:
Fundamentals of Risk Management, Handling School Risks, Measuring School
Risks, Funding School Risks, and Administering School Risks. These
sessions are also available as
online courses and may be taken at your convenience.
