This Year's Winter at a Glance Conference built on the aspects and process of Budget Development. School officials joined DPI to include practical information as you prepare your district's budget. Your colleagues also provided their strategies to address uncertainties such as the state budget and healthcare.

Winter at a Glance is designed for new business managers, bookkeepers, and district administrators. Even if you are not new to school business management, you may find this conference to be a helpful refresher as you prepare for your budget process. This year's program included timely information related to discussing fees in a virtual environment; declining enrollment and the revenue limit; and how important the health insurance rate guarantee is to the budget development process.

Individuals registering at the Non-Member
rate receive a free trial membership through 6/30/2021 if you have not
previously been a member. At least one individual from your organization
must be a WASBO member to take advantage of multi-attendee pricing. If
the multi-attendee pricing option is selected erroneously (i.e. you are
the only registrant from your organization), you agree to be billed for
the difference in registration fees. Each individual will need to
register separately.
