While it is important you meet the deadlines and seek the Medicaid reimbursement, it is also vital that the data you report matches your human resources information. When you use the Maintain Medicaid Cost Data option, you can extract the Medicaid Cost Data from the Payroll data and upload it into the Public Consulting Group (PCG) portal. This session will help you leverage the power of Google spreadsheets. Google spreadsheets can link to numerous applications allowing for easy data collection, data organization and work flows. Some specific areas covered will be spreadsheet formulas, transferring data from Google forms to Google sheets and using Google scripting for work flow. Additionally, we will show you a couple of ways to use spreadsheets to help communicate important information with your staff.
