Dear WASBO Members, 

It’s time to renew your professional membership in WASBO, the Wisconsin Association of School Business Officials. Please take a view minutes to watch the above video and reflect on the history of WASBO before you renew your membership and help us bring WASBO to even greater heights!

As you’ll see, we continue to make greater impacts in every school and community throughout Wisconsin every year. For you as a WASBO member, I hope it helps to remember that we’re all in this together. This is difficult but meaningful work, and WASBO is always here to help. In addition to our professional development and certification programs, we are deeply engaged in advocating for the interests of Wisconsin schools and all the students we serve. Your membership and active participation in WASBO make it happen.

How to Renew Your Membership

Your WASBO membership will expire as of June 30, 2023. Please take a few minutes today to renew your WASBO dues online at WASBO.com. Renewing online is quick and easy, and you may use a credit card or pay later by check.

Online Renewal Process

Your WASBO username is your email address. If you are unsure of your password, click the Forgot Password link, enter your email address, and follow the instructions you will receive in your email. If you need assistance with the renewal process or are not able to log in to your member profile, please contact our office at 608.249.8588 or email Kristin at [email protected].

1. Go to www.wasbo.com and log in.
2. Click your name at the top of the screen to go to your profile page.

Pay membership dues online with a credit card:

• Click the "Renew Now" button on the bottom left.
• You will be walked through panels to provide demographic information, communication preferences and interest in serving on a WASBO committee. We encourage and thank you for taking the time to complete this information.
• After completing your interest in serving on a committee, you will be taken to the payment option.
• If you are a district professional, retiree or student, select your regional.
• District Professionals, Retirees and Students: If you want to include ASBO International dues keep the selection for ASBO. If you DO NOT want to include ASBO International dues uncheck the box and it will be removed from your total. Click Add to Cart and go through check out process.

Pay membership dues by check:

• Print an invoice by clicking on the blue “Print Dues Invoice” button on the lower left of your profile page. Then click the PDF icon at upper left to export your invoice as a PDF. ASBO dues are optional. If you do not wish to pay ASBO dues, simply cross the line item off the invoice, and enter your new total for your WASBO dues. Consider a ASBO International District Membership!
• Click the "Renew Now" button on the bottom left. You will be walked through panels to provide demographic information, communication preferences and interest in serving on a WASBO committee. We encourage and thank you for taking the time to complete this information.
• After completing your interest in serving on a committee, you can exit and not proceed through the checkout process.

Are You Retiring?

If you are retiring, you will automatically receive a one-year free retiree membership. Please contact us at (608) 249.8588 so we may update your record. After one-year, you may renew your Retiree membership for only $75 a year. Your Retiree membership will provide many of the benefits of District Professional membership, as well as deeply discounted conference registration and an opportunity to be included on a list of interim school administrator candidates if you wish. To be eligible for retiree membership, you should no longer be employed by a school district.

Merchandise Store Open!

Once you have renewed your membership, show off your WASBO pride by ordering some WASBO swag in our official merchandise store! You can order hoodies, cardigans, dress shirts, backpacks, polos, jackets, vets, tote bags and more! At the end of the renewal process at the end of July 2023, WASBO will finalize one large order. Products will then ship to you in August! Order merchandise now!
