Registration Rates

WASBO Foundation Facilities Management Conference registration rates include electronic conference handouts, breakfast & lunch on Monday and Tuesday and a networking social on Monday evening. Save money and take advantage of early bird discounts and multi-attendee pricing! Early bird pricing offers about a 5% savings over regular conference rates and is available to all registrants, regardless of membership status, simply by registering on or before January 19, 2026. Organizations that register 2 or more individuals qualify for an additional discount of approximately 10% so bring your team and save! (To take advantage of multi-attendee pricing, at least one of your attendees must be a WASBO member.)

*At least one individual from your organization must be a WASBO member to take advantage of multi-attendee pricing. If the multi-attendee pricing option is selected erroneously (i.e. you are the only registrant from your organization), you agree to be billed for the difference in registration fees.
**Individuals registering at the Non-Member rate receive a free trial membership through 6/30/2027 if they have not previously been a member. 
 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received prior to January 26 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received January 27-February 1 will receive a refund of their registration fees, minus $95 per cancelled day, up to $190 for a full conference cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after February 2 or for no shows at the conference. Cancellations can be emailed to [email protected].
