WASBO hosts numerous conferences, workshops and seminars each year, and a number of these events provide opportunities for vendors to exhibit their products and services. The following conferences, listed by calendar month, include an exhibit area.

Held each year in late February or early March, the Facilities Management Conference features a Resource Area for vendors to showcase products and services. In 2011, the Facilities Conference Resource Area will run concurrently with the conclusion of the Wisconsin School Safety Coordinator's Annual Conference, as well as the WASBO Transportation and Bus Safety Workshop, affording vendors the opportunity to visit with attendees from all three conferences. The Resource Area features over 100 vendors and is designed primarily for table top exhibits (there is no pipe and drape, and exhibitor spaces are 8' x 4'). In addition to exhibiting in the Resource Area, there are numerous sponsorship opportunities available to increase your organization's visibility.
The WASBO Facilities and Transportation Conferences combined bring together well over 200 attendees with job functions such as Director of Buildings and Grounds, Faciiltiies Manager, Director of Engineering and Safety, Custodial Services Director, Safety & Security Director, Maintenance Supervisor, Director of Finance, Chief Business Officer, and Transportation Supervisor.

WASBO's Spring Conference is held each year in May and rotates between Green Bay, Wisconsin Dells, and LaCrosse. It is WASBO's largest exhibitor event of the year, bringing together over 125 vendors from many different aspects of school operations. This pipe and drape exhibit hall features 8' x 10' exhibitor spaces and dedicated Exhibit Hall time for attendees to interact with solutions providers. In addition to exhibiting, there are numerous networking opportunities, including the WASBO Scholarship Golf Outing, and sponsorship opportunities available to promote further contact with District Professionals.
The WASBO Annual Spring Conference and Scholarship Golf Fundraiser brings together over 250 District Professionals with responsibilities including business services, finance, budgeting and accounting, technology, buildings and grounds, engineering, maintenance, transportation, food service, custodial services, safety and security, district operations, and human resources.
Exhibitor registration will open January 9, 2018 at 8 AM for the 2018 conference.
WASBO's Custodial & Maintenance Conferences are typically offered two to four times per year in June or July. The locations for each conference are held at different schools, and are moved to different regions of the state over the course of several years to allow for greater school district participation. While each conference is unique, programmed by the district staff hosting the event in concert with the WASBO Facilities Committee, the emphasis is on practical and hands-on knowledge that custodial and maintenance personnel can implement in their respective districts. Typically both indoor and outdoor exhibit space is available to allow for display and demonstration of larger equipment. The number of vendors varies due to space considerations at each site and typically features between 20-30 organizations. In addition to exhibiting, there are several sponsorship opportunities available.
Each Custodial & Maintenance Conference draws custodial and maintenance personnel from the region; conference attendance can vary from 125-300 or more depending upon location.

Each year in late October or early November the Midwest Facility Masters Conference brings together facilities directors, school operations managers, and school business professionals from a multi-state region to gain a new perspective on technology, processes and best practices for the facilities decisions facing school districts. Roughly 200 individuals attend and come from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana and Missouri. This event features an exhibit hall with pipe and drape and 8' x 10' exhibit spaces. Depending upon conference location, there are 75-85 exhibitors. In addition to exhibiting, there are numerous sponsorship opportunities available to increase your organization's visibility.
