Andy Chromy, SFO, CSRM – Director of Business Services, West Allis-West Milwaukee School District
Andy joined the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District in October 2014. Prior to that, Andy worked in the Clinton Community School District as Business Manager from June 2013 to October 2014. He graduated from the UW-La Crosse with an education degree in 1999, and began in education by teaching in the Milwaukee Public Schools. He also taught 6th grade math in the South Milwaukee School District for 13 years. Andy earned his masters degree from the UW-Milwaukee in educational leadership, and later completed his 08 licensure at UWM in 2012 .

Bob Avery, SFO – Director of Business Services, Baraboo School District
Since 1997, Bob has worked in public education in a variety of capacities, including as a transportation director, a school finance consultant at DPI, and in his present role as a business official. Bob has an M.S.Ed. degree from the UW-Whitewater, holds a DPI 08 license, and earned his SFO designation in 2014. He is active in WASBO: presently serving on the Board of Directors as President-Elect; volunteering on a number of committees; acting as a mentor; and presenting at multiple conferences. Bob helped plan and implement the Year of Success program for new business office administrators and staff.

Cindy Reilly, SFO – Business Manager, Wautoma Area School District
Cindy returned to her home town of Wautoma, Wisconsin after 12 years in school business management in Alaska. Her experience includes working for districts as small as 400 students to as large at 17,000. Cindy earned her M.B.A. in 2005 and was one of the first 100 SFO's in the nation in 2010. She served on the board and as president of ALASBO (Alaska ASBO) and is the Chairman of the ASBO Professional Development Committee. She has written for SBA magazine, presented at the ASBO AM&E, and has served as a facilitator for SFO study groups in both Alaska and Wisconsin. Cindy finds meaning in her role as a school business official because she is a pivotal part of providing educational opportunity to the next generation.


Marty Malloy, CPCU, ARM-P, CSRM, AIS – Account Executive and Practice Group Leader, M3 Insurance
Marty is an Account Executive in the Madison office of M3 Insurance. Specializing in property and casualty, his primary role is to assist his clients in the design, implementation, and management of their risk management programs. Marty also serves as M3’s Education & Government (EDGE) Practice Group Leader for property and casualty and employee benefits. In this capacity, he develops insurance and risk management strategies for Wisconsin public schools.
