New School Administrators and Support Staff Registration Rates

WASBO New School Administrators and Support Staff Conference registration rates include electronic conference handouts and mentor access. Save money and take advantage of both early bird discounts and multi-attendee pricing! Early bird pricing offers about a 5% savings over regular conference rates and is available to all registrants, regardless of membership status, simply by registering on or before Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Organizations that register 2 or more individuals qualify for an additional discount of approximately 10% so bring your team and save! (To take advantage of multi-attendee pricing, at least one of your attendees must be a WASBO member.)

*At least one individual from your organization must be a WASBO member to take advantage of multi-attendee pricing. If the multi-attendee pricing option is selected erroneously (i.e. you are the only registrant from your organization), you agree to be billed for the difference in registration fees.
**Individuals registering at the Non-Member rate receive a free trial WASBO membership through 6/30/2024 if they have not previously been a member.

Year of Success Registration Rates

Save even more (a total of 25%) by registering today for the Year of Success, which includes deeply discounted conference registrations to six WASBO conferences during 2022-23. Conference registrations included in the Year of Success include:

Due to the nature of the package and the significant conference discounts, the Year of Success Program is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received prior to August 29 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received August 29-September 5 will receive a refund of their registration fees, minus $95 per cancelled day, up to $190 for a full conference cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after September 6 or for no shows at the conference. Cancellations can be emailed to [email protected].

The Year of Success Program is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.

Hotel Accommodations

WASBO has negotiated a reduced rate at the Hilton Garden Inn Madison Sun Prairie for our conference. Room rates are for Tuesday, September 5 and Wednesday, September 6, and start at $149 per night. You can book through the website using the code WASBO, or by calling the hotel directly at 608.856.4500 and asking for the WASBO rate.
